A female Nori.  One of the criteria for her name was that it was gender neutral so it warms my heart to see a male Nori.
Nori is already pending adoption.  Nieves is still available.

I'm not shocked, although that could mean nothing other than 5 people expressed interest and filled out their online form.

I did that once recently with a different cat, and he was listed as "pending" for about 3 weeks. He did finally get adopted.
